This apartment is located in a very recent chalet apartment complex called Les Refuge des Outalays built about 8 yrs ago, in the Chinaillon/Grand Bornand resort. It is ideally located within easy access to the Outalays piste which is just across the road (50m).This piste leads down to the new high speed Charmieux chair lift (ex Gettiers) which is also where kid's area is located as well as where the main ESF lessons depart. The main street with all of the shops and restaurants, is only a short 10 min walk away (1500m). The free ski bus service runs on the main road a little below the apartment.
This 75m² apartment sleeps up to 6 and boasts a total of 3 bedrooms: double with ensuite shower & washbasin and 2 twin rooms. There is an additional double sofa bed in the living room should the need arise.
There is one bathroom and a separate WC.
The living area is open plan with the kitchen, dining room and lounge.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer, a combi washing machine & dryer and has all the necessary cutlery, glasses etc for up to 8 people+ with a nice sized dining table.
The lounge is comfortable and has large bay windows that open out onto a balcony which offers commanding views onto the surrounding mountains.
You have a flat screen television and DVD player and there is also broadband internet (wifi).
