You'll find our apartment on the 3rd floor of Le Village de Lessy - the MGM built development in the heart of Le Chinaillon, in the Grand Bornand resort. MGM properties are renowned for their quality of build, and the apartment is finished to a very high standard. This 47m² apartment has a large, dual aspect south facing balcony which offers spectacular views both up and down the valley and across to the ski slopes & the main street below. It is very conveniently situated right in the centre of Le Chinaillon with the main supermarket, shops, tourist office and restaurants just outside the building.
The first bedroom has an en-suite shower room and separate toilet, a 5ft double bed, a wardrobe and some hanging space and bedside tables. You have a flat screen TV/DVD player.
The 2nd bedroom has two single beds, hanging space, a bedside table and a tall chest of drawers.
There is an independent WC adjacent to the main bathroom with bath and overhead shower, vanity basin, heated towel rail, washer dryer and a drying line over the bath,
The kitchen is fitted with an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker and cafetiere, crockery and glassware making it fully equipped for up to 6 people if using the sofabed. There is now also a micro wave oven.
In the living room, you have a sofa-bed, armchair, coffee table, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV and DVD player, books and DVDs and the apartment now has a wifi connection. There are sliding doors leading out onto dual aspect decked balcony with wonderful mountain views both up and down the valley.
You will be able to use a secure underground parking space, leading to ski boot/locker room. This apartment in located in the freehold part of the MGM development and so doesn't include access to the Village de Lessy's facilities (pool etc).
All sheets and bath towels are supplied.

Sejour inoubliable, appartement vraiment bien situé, trés fonctionnelle et chaleureux, demarche auprés de Aravis Holidays simple ,pas de surprise et toujours disponible soit par téléphone ou par mails.encore merci ,ainsi qu’aux proprietaires de l’appartement pour le partage de celui ci, je pense que nous referons cette location car durant notre séjours ,nous avons découvert des randonnées a faire, encore merci!
