LE PRAZ

This luxurious apartment is situated in a recent development in the Chinaillon village, area of the Grand Bornand resort.
The centre of Le Chinaillon with a good range of shops & restaurants is a short drive or bus ride away (900m).
It is very spacious (92m²) and can sleep up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. Three of them have a double beds and the 4th bedroom hasa set of bunks. All of them have built in wardrobes with ample storage and are tastefully furnished throughout. One of the doubles has an ensuite shower room.
There is a shower room (ensuite) and a bathroom with a combi washer/dryer and 2 separate toilets.
The main living area is an open plan, with the kitchen, living room and dining room. All along this south facing side of the apartment the bay windows and French doors open out onto the 2 balconies with views onto the surrounding mountains. This makes this apartment particularly bright & enjoyable.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and extractor fan, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven and fridge/freezer as well as a Nespresso machine! The dining room has enough seating space for up to 10 people. The living room has two large sofas with a wide screen TV and DVD player. Internet is available on request.
Linen is provided (sheets & towels).
It is also possible to to use a cot and /or high-chair, please notify us in advance if this will be necessary.
In addition to all this, you also have a ski locker on the ground floor of the building and a very spacious garage!
